SOAR + NFL PACKAGING

Project Overview
Designed by Ivan Hernandez, Graphic Designer, this packaging system for SOAR
in collaboration with the NFL introduces a new category called Game Day Eats,
bridging the energy of sports branding with everyday kitchen products. The project focuses on creating
a cohesive visual identity across multiple appliances through a unified typographic system,
structured layout, and scalable design language. By aligning product functionality with the emotional experience
of game day, the packaging achieves strong retail presence,
brand consistency, and long-term flexibility for future product extensions.
Challenge
SOAR partnered with the NFL to create a new line of licensed kitchen appliances for game-day fans. The challenge was to merge the high-energy language of sports with everyday functional products. Previous executions felt disconnected, lacking a clear visual system across SKUs.
Solution
A new sub-brand, Game Day Eats, was created to connect sports culture with food experience. The packaging system was designed as a unified family using consistent layouts and structure. Typography became the core element, allowing flexibility while maintaining brand consistency.
Results
The final system delivers a strong, cohesive presence across all products at retail. It successfully blends NFL energy with a clean, modern consumer product aesthetic. The brand now communicates clearly as a category, not just individual items.
This approach created a scalable foundation for future SKUs.
