This Branding project designed by IvĂ¡n HernĂ¡ndez, graphic designer began
with a simple goal: to design a better service. The brand redesign was part of a larger strategy to create
a faster, more personalized, and more reliable experience through a geo-localized digital platforms.
Challenge
The existing brand was perceived as transactional and generic, while the service itself lacked speed, personalization, and clarity for users. The real challenge was not the logo it was the experience. Users needed a faster, more reliable, and more intuitive service.
Solution
We approached the redesign as a service-first brand system, where identity and technology work together.
A brand redesign aligned with clarity, trust, and usability
Streamlined flows designed to reduce friction, save time, and increase reliability.
Results
The brand evolved from a visual update into a functional ecosystem. Users now experience a faster, more personalized, and more reliable service, the project demonstrates how branding, UX, and technology—when aligned—can transform a service.
